Base Salary

$198k - $265k/yr

Responsibilities

Build full-stack growth-focused product features such as onboarding flows, activation nudges, core product features, and billing experiences.
Design, run, and iterate on A/B tests across the product funnel when appropriate.
Own and improve business outcomes including trial-to-paid conversion, user activation, expansion revenue, and product-led pipeline.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to identify opportunities and set growth priorities.
Build tracking, define success metrics, analyze data, and use experiment infrastructure to guide decisions.

At least 2 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
Experience building across frontend systems using React and TypeScript and backend systems.
Strong product sense, business-owner mindset, pragmatic decision-making, and data intuition.
Familiarity with B2B SaaS, experimentation, billing, or collaboration products.
Experience with product-led growth, analytics or data tools, developer-focused products, growth loops, funnel optimization, activation frameworks, or early-stage startups is a bonus.

Full-time role available from the New York or San Francisco office hubs or remotely within the United States.
New York employees are encouraged to work in the office at least twice per week, with Tuesdays and Thursdays as main in-person days.
