Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and Java.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs across frontend and backend systems.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Support legacy systems and modern microservice-based architectures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues affecting application stability and performance.
- Perform code reviews and improve code quality, maintainability, and technical debt.
- Develop unit tests, contribute to deployment pipelines, and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, business analysts, and other cross-functional team members.
- Work under senior developer guidance on technical design and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional full-stack development experience focused on React and Java.
- Strong proficiency with React, including hooks, Redux, reusable component design, and microfrontend-based UI development.
- Backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data/JPA.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, NPM or Yarn, and ESLint.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and optimized queries.
- Experience writing unit tests with Jest and JUnit.
- Proficiency with Git and standard version-control workflows.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban, CI/CD practices, automated testing, deployment pipelines, cloud platforms, and application security practices.
