Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, and custom applications.
- Implement and integrate ServiceNow for ITSM and Software Asset Management in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment.
- Develop APIs and ETL processes to import data into ServiceNow.
- Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices while translating client IT needs into technical solutions.
- Support low-code platform management, cloud modernization, automation, and reduction of system maintenance and development costs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and integration, including ITSM, Software Asset Management, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, and custom applications.
- Experience with API development and ETL processes for ServiceNow data imports.
- Top Secret clearance is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II certification within 30 days of starting.
- Preferred qualifications include UI/UX design, Linux, Amazon Web Services, Bash, GitLab or GitHub, front-end frameworks, SQL, ITIL processes, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, and a bachelor's degree in IT.
