Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the matchmaking algorithm to improve player experience.
- Work on experimentation and data-driven projects with data teammates.
- Build the next generation of the Matchmaking system for scalability.
- Ensure performance across Roblox's global data centers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience architecting and designing a wide array of software products.
- Familiarity with building available distributed systems and NoSQL/NewSQL systems.
- Knowledge of REST, API design patterns, and scalable containerized systems.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
