Responsibilities

Review product requirements and design documents to build effective testing strategies.
Drive the QA Plan for UI testing and implement test cases to ensure feature quality.
Write and maintain automated test scripts and leverage metrics for continuous improvement.
Manage release activities and participate in post-release QA activities.
Maintain test cases and defect backlog, reporting and verifying defects.
Provide status reports to QA Manager and other partners.
Understand layered software architecture for optimal testing.
Mentor team members and promote standard methodologies across teams.
Monitor Jenkins Jobs and report statuses.
Collaborate with globally distributed teams for high-quality software delivery.

Minimum BS degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent knowledge.
5+ years of experience in building and executing test plans and test cases.
Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
Extensive background in QA methodologies and comprehensive test suite development.
Ability to estimate effort and size of features.
Experience with test case management systems and JIRA.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and TDD processes.
Understanding of automation test frameworks like pytest.
Practical experience with Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
Experience with Selenium or Appium.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with at least one modern web application framework, preferably React Native.
