Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using .NET and Microsoft Azure.
- Lead development of Infrastructure as Code components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teams.
- Build reusable capabilities that improve development speed and consistency.
- Integrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify improvement areas, experiment with solutions, and deliver results with a bias toward action.
- Contribute to initiatives embedding AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application patterns.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
- Demonstrated success working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
- Preferred: exposure to AI/ML tools or interest in applying AI to platform and engineering challenges.
