Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage IT infrastructure and configure DevOps tools and application onboarding according to client requirements.
- Create user-access workflows and provide access according to defined processes.
- Build and customize DevOps tools and collaborate with developers on required coding and scripting.
- Automate testing and deployment in DevOps environments.
- Provide support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms and resolve tickets within defined turnaround times.
- Troubleshoot critical and recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Follow escalation procedures and ensure timely resolution with customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience.
- Experience with AWS native application services.
- Ability to work with application teams, developers, operations, testing functions, DevOps tools, and production infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve customer support tickets.
