Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the Agent SDK, including the orchestration engine, runtime, and primitives that power agent reasoning, actions, and interactions.
- Design the agentic loop and define primitives for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agents.
- Build retrieval and grounding systems that improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of agent responses.
- Design evaluation frameworks for measuring and improving agent quality over time.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
