Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, enhance, implement, and maintain SAP DMC applications.
- Conduct business process workshops, blueprinting, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis with clients, end users, and SAP project teams.
- Develop SAP DMC interfaces with S/4HANA, ERP, automation systems, machines, and standalone software.
- Handle implementation, rollout, solution deployment, UAT, go-live preparation, support, and troubleshooting independently.
- Support manufacturing execution processes including shop orders, SFC, production execution, traceability, inventory, quality, routing, rework, scrap, and inspection data collection.
- Perform day-to-day development and AMS support activities.
- Configure SAPMEINT CTC, workflows, queue monitoring, message processing, production performance, OEE, downtimes, and notifications.
- Develop and support connectivity using OPC, MQTT, Modbus, web services, files, PDFs, XML, and message processing.
- Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in manufacturing technologies, including SAP DMC and related manufacturing execution systems.
- Experience with SAP DMC, Cloud Connector, Productor Connector, cloud platform integrations, and production connector-based shop-floor automation.
- Knowledge of SAP UI5, SAP BAS, cloud integrations, API management, cloud services, OData services, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with SAP DMC design, development, configuration, enhancement, deployment, and support.
- Knowledge of shop orders, SFC, production execution, traceability, lot and serial manufacturing, assembly and confirmation, goods issue and receipt, quality inspection, sampling, non-conformance, disposition, routing, rework, scrap, and data collection.
- Experience developing interfaces between SAP DMC or SAP ME and S/4HANA, ERP, automation systems, machines, and other software.
- Experience in client-facing requirements gathering, MES analysis, automation integration, fit-gap analysis, solution deployment, UAT, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AMS support concepts, SAPMEINT, workflow configuration, queue monitor, message processing, production performance, OEE, downtimes, notification PAPI, ME Webservices, ME OData Services, DRF Framework, RFC, and IDOC.
- Knowledge of MII transactions, queries, XML, XSLT, NWA, and NWDS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
