Responsibilities
- Analyze customer specifications, business needs, and technical requirements to develop commercially viable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into High-Level Designs and convert them into Low-Level Designs.
- Prepare Methods of Procedure and related deployment documentation.
- Install, configure, and integrate activation and provisioning systems at customer sites.
- Integrate systems with network elements including IMS, LTE, and IN nodes, as well as external systems and third-party platforms.
- Execute integration testing, resolve technical issues, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
- Assist customers through acceptance phases and provide progress and risk updates to the Solution Architect and Customer Project Manager.
- Work with the Core 3 team to turn customer needs and technology opportunities into technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
- Continuously develop expertise in emerging solution areas and pursue relevant certifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience with telecom provisioning COTS products.
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson Multi Activation and Ericsson Dynamic Activation.
- Understanding of telecom subscriber and service provisioning concepts.
- Working expertise in telecom core and service-layer concepts, including GSM and IN call flows and LTE and IMS concepts.
- Linux system administration proficiency.
- Knowledge of HP Blade servers, EBS, and EMC/Dell storage systems.
- Experience with Oracle and Cassandra databases.
- Experience integrating OSS/BSS applications with external systems, network elements, and third-party platforms.
- Basic understanding of high-availability and redundancy setups.
- Fundamental knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of IP networking and client-server architecture.
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, Telnet, SOAP, REST, XML, HTTP, and related telecom protocols and interfaces.
- Strong exposure to server installation, configuration, and integration activities.
- Ability to analyze solution and design documents and implement systems in live telecom environments.
- Ability to execute integration testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and support customer acceptance activities.
