Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement complex SAP Project System solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end SAP PS solution architecture and integrate PS with SD, HR/HCM, CO, MM, FI, and third-party applications.
- Define requirements, customize solutions, develop functional and technical specifications, test implementations, and train end users.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PS solutions.
- Troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and third-party applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants.
- Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Advanced SAP PS configuration and implementation experience for complex processes.
- Experience with at least two to three end-to-end implementation cycles in captive and service industries.
- At least two years of full SDLC lifecycle experience in the PS module.
- Strong integration knowledge involving SAP PS, SD, HR/HCM, CO, MM, FI, SAP FG, BTP-CPI, and third-party applications.
- Experience with requirements definition, customization, functional and technical specifications, testing, and end-user training.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot FIORI/ABAP/4 code, BDC, LTMC, workflows, SAPscript, Smart Forms, Dialog Programs, ALE, EDI, and IDocs.
- Knowledge of customized programs, BAdIs, and user exits.
- Strong software development lifecycle, scalable component design, troubleshooting, SAP customization, problem-solving, and quality skills.
- Strong project management, leadership, collaboration, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- SAP functional consulting experience is preferred.
