Responsibilities
- Implement integration solutions using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, EDI, and flat file technologies.
- Configure and manage Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and runtime environments.
- Design and develop APIs using Boomi API Management.
- Integrate ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Implement secure integration patterns using OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, SFTP, and API security standards.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, estimation, solution reviews, testing, and production deployments.
- Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams on integration standards, code reviews, quality assurance, security, governance, and operational compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of overall IT experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere development.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware concepts.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSD, and API integrations.
- Experience with Boomi Process Design, Mapping, Connectors, API Management, and Error Handling.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with source control and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with Boomi Master Data Hub, Boomi Flow, and Event Streams.
- Preferred: exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Preferred: experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, or other enterprise applications.
- Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, EDI, B2B integrations, trading partner management, and Agile/Scrum projects.
