Senior Software Engineer I
Schneider ElectricResponsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features and customer-driven enhancements for the Medallia platform.
- Refine requirements with product owners and adapt platform architecture to changing customer needs.
- Create fast, easy-to-use SaaS solutions that can be implemented quickly for diverse clients.
- Coordinate internal and external vendors and delivery teams during issue investigations and enhancement projects.
- Lead L2 support and coordinate responses to end-user requests.
- Partner with business stakeholders and the CX community to support adoption and growth of the Medallia platform.
- Support implementation and management of Medallia and SnapLogic platforms within a global company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT solution design and implementation.
- Experience with CX platforms or a similar customer experience domain.
- Experience working with external vendors and implementing SaaS solutions.
- Experience with agile processes and fast-paced, distributed teams.
- Expertise in customer and end-user support management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another advanced degree.
- Medallia certification.
- Experience working with SnapLogic.
- Strong IT platform management fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
