Responsibilities
- Partner with business-unit and functional leaders to analyze workflows, decision points, and opportunities for AI-enabled automation, augmentation, or redesign.
- Design target-state operating models with human-AI handoff points, governance, and success metrics.
- Build production AI solutions including agents, orchestrations, RAG workflows, and integrations using Claude, Anthropic’s model suite, and complementary tools.
- Take solutions from prototype through production, covering access management, evaluation, observability, cost governance, and measurable adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering teams when off-the-shelf tooling is insufficient.
- Stay current with the AI landscape and create reusable patterns and playbooks for future engagements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience designing transformed workflows rather than isolated automations and securing senior stakeholder buy-in against business KPIs.
- Hands-on experience building production LLM and agentic systems using RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in Python, APIs, data modeling, and cloud environments.
- Deep, current fluency across the AI ecosystem and the ability to assess what is and is not working.
