Responsibilities
- Configure Adobe Workfront objects, workflows, custom forms, templates, routing rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, teams, groups, roles, and access rights.
- Design and implement Workfront integrations with AEM, Firefly, Workfront Fusion, Adobe I/O, and third-party tools.
- Lead offshore Workfront configurators and developers, allocate work, provide technical guidance, review deliverables, and escalate risks and dependencies.
- Prepare administration documentation, technical specifications, user guides, configuration records, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Coordinate testing, defect resolution, UAT, deployment, rollout, hypercare, and configuration consistency across environments.
- Manage post-deployment enhancements and provide or coordinate Level-2 Workfront support for configuration and integration issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience and 5+ years of advanced Adobe Workfront administration and integration experience.
- Advanced Adobe Workfront configuration experience covering projects, tasks, issues, portfolios, programs, custom forms, calculated fields, approvals, routing, notifications, and reminders.
- Strong experience with Workfront Planning, Workfront Fusion automation scenarios, Workfront AEM integrations, Workfront Firefly workflows, Workfront APIs, and Workfront reporting.
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end Workfront implementation from solution design and configuration through testing and go-live.
- Experience leading Workfront developers or configurators, including offshore team management and knowledge transfer.
- Strong understanding of Workfront implementation best practices, scalable configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Excellent English verbal communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Large-scale Content Supply Chain transformation experience is preferred.
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification is mandatory.
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Workfront Project Manager certification is recommended, and Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer certification is appreciated.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
