Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
- Drive architecture governance, standards, roadmaps, and best practices across projects.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Design cloud-native, API-driven, microservices-based, event-driven, and distributed architectures.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, resilience, and high availability.
- Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Lead architecture assessments, technology evaluations, and modernization initiatives.
- Support cloud adoption, automation, and platform engineering strategies.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers on architecture principles and best practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in architecture roles.
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture and solution architecture.
- Expertise in microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenShift.
- Strong understanding of security architecture, integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- TOGAF, cloud, or security certifications are preferred.
- Experience driving large-scale transformation programs is preferred.
