Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex UiPath automations using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Maestro.
- Design end-to-end attended, unattended, long-running, event-driven, and human-in-the-loop automation workflows.
- Build agentic automation solutions and multi-agent orchestration capabilities.
- Develop API-first integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and UiPath Integration Service.
- Create reusable automation components, libraries, frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Implement solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, machine learning models, and intelligent document processing.
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Contribute to estimation, planning, delivery, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
- Mentor developers and promote best practices in intelligent automation and Agentic AI.
- Drive governance, compliance, security, SDLC adherence, issue resolution, and solution optimization.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise UiPath automation solutions.
- Strong expertise with UiPath Studio Modern Experience and UiPath Orchestrator, including Queues, Assets, Triggers, and Package Management.
- Extensive experience with REFramework and custom automation frameworks.
- Experience building attended, unattended, long-running, and event-driven automations.
- Exposure to UiPath Maestro, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop automation patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of LLM integration, including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and prompt-driven automation.
- Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, machine learning models, or intelligent document processing.
- Strong understanding of automation design, exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating Microsoft technologies including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, solution-design, technical-documentation, and operational-runbook skills.
- Interest in Agentic AI and intelligent automation innovation.
