Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a data-oriented frontend UI/UX platform for mission planning, debrief, command-and-control, and simulation applications.
- Build 2D/3D graphics and visualizations of live and simulated agents in the world.
- Develop intuitive, stable, highly configurable frontend architecture with strong test fixtures.
- Collaborate with the Design team to understand user workflows and shape the Defense Tooling UI/UX vision.
- Integrate frontend implementations with the in-house simulator, data-transmission pipeline, autonomous systems, and other defense applications.
Requirements
- Experience with full-stack web development.
- Interest in spatial reasoning and 2D/3D geographic map rendering problems.
- Strong vision and good judgment for intuitive user interfaces.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Preferred: aptitude with WebGL, Cesium, GIS, or similar geographic map-rendering technologies.
- Preferred: experience with React, TypeScript, or Angular.
- Preferred: experience with real-time command-and-control interfaces for robotic systems.
