Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact technical and product problems.
- Design, code, and deliver high-quality, scalable applications with Node.js.
- Ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and scalable under real-world conditions.
- Lead execution through others and coordinate efforts across teams.
- Run, monitor, and iterate on live workflows, owning quality and performance.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
- Stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in software development with hands-on experience in AI or LLM-powered workflows.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience designing maintainable, scalable systems and writing clean, structured code.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
- Experience working with APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability and experience in production environments.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse teams.
