Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production from scoping Agentic AI use cases through stable production.
- Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality for timely project delivery.
- Partner with product management to convert customer needs into actionable product and roadmap insights.
- Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with exceptional English communication skills.
- Production-grade Python and SQL experience and strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Ability to lead complex technical and business conversations, solve complex problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Based in or near São Paulo and comfortable traveling for in-person customer or team meetings.
- Preferred: 4–6 years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company.
- Preferred: experience building AI applications in financial services.
- Preferred: experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models for business problems.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
