Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven deployments in production for Taktile.
- Design solution architectures and develop decision logic for Generative AI agents.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers for project success.
- Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into product insights.
- Develop reusable resources and best practices to scale engineering functions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing work.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong technical background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in writing production-grade Python and SQL, and REST API design.
- Ability to break down complex problems and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
