Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive technology architectures for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define scalable solutions that address performance, capability, and complex business requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Make team-level and cross-team technical decisions and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate technology solutions across business units.
- Analyze and optimize system performance in large-scale environments.
- Support platform integration and customization to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is required.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience defining solutions for complex capability requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize performance in large-scale environments.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive architectural consistency and innovation.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
