Base Salary
$186k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the Customer Success AI platform with reusable services.
- Build and maintain foundational AI infrastructure for orchestration and context management.
- Optimize platform capabilities for performance, reliability, and security.
- Lead technical architecture and mentor AI Engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI or machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI agents and enterprise AI architecture patterns.
- Experience designing reusable platforms across multiple products.
