Base Salary
$180k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the health, maintenance, enhancement, and support of Reddit’s Workday integration portfolio.
- Develop and support Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish strong monitoring, alerting, and incident-response practices for integrations.
- Support advanced Workday configuration and maintain complex reports and dashboards.
- Partner with analytics teams to support reliable movement and transformation of People data.
- Implement approved integration patterns and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
- Deep experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIBs, and APIs.
- Strong experience with Workday calculated fields and advanced reporting.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across integrations and configuration.
- Ability to independently lead technical delivery from concept through implementation.
- Strong communication skills to partner effectively with various stakeholders.
