Base Salary
$122k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the global CI/CD framework for Salesforce deployments.
- Lead cross-application release management across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and other systems.
- Provide technical leadership in resolving deployment challenges and architecting environment strategies.
- Act as a technical liaison for Business Systems, Engineering, and Operations.
- Provide deep technical support for releases, incident response, and system upgrades.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development workflows and contribute to a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD architecture and enterprise-scale release management.
- Architectural ownership of complex automation tooling and integration strategies.
- Experience with version control tools, preferably GitHub, and at least one development language.
- Proven experience utilizing Generative AI or Copilot-style tools for workflow improvements.
