Base Salary
$248k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the Content Platform organization.
- Identify and resolve high-leverage technical problems that span multiple teams.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, setting technical standards across the organization.
- Mentor and grow staff and senior engineers, acting as a technical multiplier.
- Partner with engineering leadership and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business priorities.
- Represent Marketing Technology in company-wide technical forums.
Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with technical leadership at scale.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in backend systems and large-scale, service-oriented architectures.
- Proven experience architecting and scaling AI-driven systems in production.
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, GraphQL, and microservice architecture.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence skills.
