Base Salary
$169k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to implement agile software development practices.
- Teach clients about design thinking, TDD, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with client developers to deliver user stories that provide business value.
- Develop and deliver reliable software solutions on a weekly basis.
- Champion AI-augmented workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate learning and adaptation of engineering practices among clients.
Requirements
- Must have an active DoD security clearance.
- 10+ years of software development experience in various programming languages.
- Strong communication skills and interest in a pair-programming environment.
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Elixir.
- Experience with Spring Boot, React.JS, Vue, or Redux.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated experience with API development and Linux environments.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
