Base Salary
$190k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical owner for platform development projects from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, and Operations teams to meet platform requirements.
- Lead planning sessions and make high-level technical decisions for core platform components.
- Establish best practices and conduct code reviews to elevate team performance.
- Provide hands-on technical contributions to critical project areas.
- Dedicate time to planning, communication, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
- Deep expertise with AWS systems and networking, including EC2 and VPCs.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience navigating technical ambiguity at a Staff/Principal level.
- Ability to travel quarterly for team planning and reviews.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
