Base Salary
$175k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end agentic systems that improve creative workflows.
- Design agent architectures for context gathering, planning, and executing tasks.
- Integrate state-of-the-art models to enhance agent experiences.
- Measure and improve agent quality using experimentation and real-world feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional industry experience.
- Track record of designing and developing ML systems or agentic pipelines.
- Deep experience with context engineering and RAG systems.
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
