Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features and platform improvements across the stack.
- Utilize AI tooling to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from scoping to production.
- Produce maintainable code with a strong testing discipline.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.
- Engage directly with financial advisors to understand their workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Active use of AI tools in daily workflow for development.
- Experience building and shipping impactful web applications.
- Solid understanding of full-stack development.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
