Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with third-party administrators, record-keepers, and HR/payroll processors.
- Rapidly understand operational issues and use software and AI to build end-to-end full-stack products.
- Engage directly with external stakeholders ranging from technical teams to executives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of forward deployed or solutions engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack software engineering skills.
- Proficiency in at least one of Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C, C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript.
- Proficiency with React.
- Experience in fintech or early-stage technology companies is preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and curiosity about technology, business operations, and financial markets are preferred.
- Ability to learn new technologies, work across the tech stack, collaborate cross-functionally, and operate autonomously is expected.
