Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
- Lead technical design for enterprise AI solutions integrating models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
- Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot systemic deployment blockers and communicate field feedback.
- Own implementation strategy and technical delivery alongside customer-facing teams while steering architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
- Experience with system design or reading Java, C++, or Python code.
- Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.
- Preferred: experience solving novel technical problems, diagnosing bugs, orchestrating technical resources, engaging technical stakeholders or executives, and communicating technical integration issues as business impact.
