Base Salary
$168k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for Ramp’s largest customers by understanding pain points, scoping product specifications, and building autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand customer value.
- Develop deep domain expertise in a core product area and influence the engineering roadmap and prioritization of custom versus broader product solutions.
- Interact directly with customers as part of a customer-facing engineering team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and excitement working directly with customers.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop engineering expertise.
