Responsibilities
- Own the information architecture, style, and editorial standards of the Claude Docs site.
- Design, build, and run automated documentation systems for quality assurance.
- Establish conventions and tooling for product teams to maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintain a style guide and clear workflows for documentation processes.
- Curate and edit contributions for clarity and consistency.
- Define and track content quality measures using reader feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in documentation, user education, and software engineering.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for AI-powered systems.
- Experience with documentation platform migration or redesign.
- Familiarity with content analytics and experimentation.
- Proficiency in modern software development practices like version control and CI/CD.
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
