Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Okta identity infrastructure and provisioning as code using Terraform.
- Design and implement SCIM integrations to automate SaaS user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Develop identity architecture, access models, group strategy, and entitlement planning as the company scales.
- Manage cloud account structures, IAM roles, and permission boundaries across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Vercel.
- Build and maintain reproducible Terraform-managed internal platforms.
- Automate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows to reduce manual ticket volume.
- Own secrets management, key rotation, and service-account lifecycle processes.
- Troubleshoot identity and infrastructure incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement systemic fixes.
- Document platform architecture, runbooks, and automation.
- Mentor future IT team members and help establish sustainable escalation procedures.
Requirements
- Hands-on production experience managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Production experience with Okta and SCIM integrations, ideally managed declaratively.
- Strong IAM roles and permissions experience across at least two major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure; Vercel experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of core coding principles.
- Experience building automated workflows across systems through APIs.
- Strong incident management, triage, root-cause analysis, documentation, communication, and systems-thinking skills.
