Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build off-chain systems and infrastructure for Edge's on-chain products.
- Own deployments end-to-end, including infrastructure-as-code and observability.
- Take ownership of architecture and implementation beyond just execution.
- Move ideas from research and prototype to production with rigor.
- Contribute to technical research and define new system directions.
- Engage with emerging on-chain primitives for regulated institutions.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and backend engineering.
- Experience with systems requiring reliability, security, and auditability.
- Proven track record of transitioning ideas from prototype to production.
- Comfortable in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of blockchain systems like Ethereum or Solana.
- High agency and accountability for quality in work.
