Base Salary
$175k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex product features and platform systems.
- Establish engineering patterns and standards for the team.
- Apply and champion AI tooling to accelerate output and team velocity.
- Drive architectural decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and provide substantive feedback.
- Partner with Product and Design to shape project scope and execution.
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience incorporating AI into products or systems.
- Strong full-stack or platform engineering depth, comfortable with Rails, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- Strong system design instincts with a focus on scalability.
- Excellent technical communication skills.
