Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise AI guardrails and controls to protect agentic workflows.
- Establish security architectures for local and hosted agents to mitigate various risks.
- Develop secure design patterns and developer tools for safe AI feature deployment.
- Lead threat modeling and security reviews for AI systems and enterprise deployments.
- Build systems to discover and assess AI usage and data flows across the enterprise.
- Design and operate internal AI security platforms to automate security operations.
- Drive technical alignment and mentor engineers across product, security, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the AI threat landscape, including OWASP and MITRE ATLAS.
- 8+ years of experience in security engineering or backend software development.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python or Go with hands-on cloud experience.
- Experience securing or auditing agentic frameworks in sandboxed environments.
- Proven ability to design scalable cloud infrastructure and access controls.
- Track record of building developer-first security tools and platform controls.
- Strong communication skills and experience in driving technical strategy.
