Base Salary
$200k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end POCs and MVPs alongside customer engineering teams.
- Architect inference foundations for customers' core products built on GenAI.
- Run load tests and establish performance baselines against customer traffic.
- Deploy and validate new model families on inference frameworks.
- Guide customers on model selection and fine-tuning strategies.
- Build and run fine-tuning pipelines with customers.
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand customer pain points.
- Own the technical relationship from first engagement through production deployment.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and translate them into product proposals.
- Codify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute to internal tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role.
- Demonstrated ability to build production software with customers.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of the LLM stack and fine-tuning workflows.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deploying models on GPU.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions.
