- Translate product requirements and ambiguous problems into structured, testable, agent-ready specifications with interfaces, constraints, non-goals, and acceptance criteria.
- Decompose work into agent-sized tasks and direct AI coding agents across multiple files, services, and parallel workstreams.
- Create and maintain prompts, agent configurations, architectural decision records, glossaries, examples, and agent-readable documentation.
- Design verification harnesses including automated, property-based, and mutation tests, evaluation suites, quality gates, benchmarks, golden datasets, continuous evaluation pipelines, and drift detection.
- Evaluate software for correctness, specification adherence, security, performance, maintainability, edge-case handling, and failure-mode coverage.
- Monitor production software and AI systems, maintain observability and model-quality telemetry, and implement rollback mechanisms for unsafe autonomous behavior.
- Defend against prompt injection, sensitive-data and secret leakage, unauthorized tool access, and model abuse through concrete engineering controls.
- Mentor lead and senior engineers and improve team-wide AI-native engineering, architectural judgment, testing, and verification practices.
