Base Salary

$90k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Jenkins, Terraform, and Python CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD.
  • Manage OCI compute, networking, storage, and IAM resources in FedRAMP Moderate+ environments.
  • Establish configuration baselines aligned with NIST SP 800-128 and maintain deployment traceability, auditability, and consistency.
  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle SaaS updates, regression testing, impact validation, and rollback procedures.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities, including automated failover, backup and restore, and DR testing.
  • Monitor platform performance, availability, and capacity, configuring alerts and automated remediation to meet SLAs.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, environment replication, refreshes, data masking, and sandbox provisioning.
  • Enforce FIPS 140-3 encryption requirements and coordinate key management and certificate lifecycle activities with cybersecurity engineers.
  • Develop operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and ATO documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues, mentor junior engineers, lead small technical initiatives, and conduct technical reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, with additional experience permitted to substitute for the degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or enterprise systems administration.
  • 5+ years of experience with OCI, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or other FedRAMP-authorized cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation, monitoring, and deployment orchestration.
  • Knowledge of FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP Moderate+ compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with configuration baselining, change control, and release management in multi-environment deployments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship.
  • Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of cloud platform or DevOps engineering experience, OCI or Oracle SaaS deployment experience, OCI certification, Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS administration, DR/BC implementation, Kubernetes and Docker, federal ATO/RMF processes, and Oracle OIC experience.
