Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build deployment systems for controlled rollouts and traffic management.
- Create observability tools for logging and monitoring production environments.
- Develop data infrastructure for training data and analytics.
- Design internal developer tools to streamline engineering processes.
- Own critical systems end-to-end and make impactful decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering roles.
- Experience building systems that other engineers depend on.
- Strong focus on reliability and understanding of when 'good enough' is acceptable.
- Comfortable working across the stack from application code to cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to debug production issues and implement preventative systems.
- Passion for enhancing developer experience through effective tooling.
