Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions and bots for financial management, accounting, project management, cost control, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze business process flows and identify automation opportunities across disparate systems and data sources.
  • Develop robust automation frameworks that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable RPA solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, quality assurance, operational performance, and compliance with federal and organizational standards.
  • Engage stakeholders and provide customer service, communication, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in and support federal background investigations as required for project clearance.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in systems analysis and development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA tools and bot development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
  • Experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS Federal Financials is highly desirable, including Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Payments, Projects Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status and eligibility to work in the United States are required.
  • Successful completion of a federal background investigation is required.
  • Strong English communication, interpersonal, customer-facing, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and federal or public-sector accounting and reporting requirements.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is preferred, or the candidate must be willing to complete it within 60 days of hire.
  • Familiarity with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Power Automate, or similar AI-capable RPA tools is preferred.
  • Experience in federal financial environments or regulated enterprise contexts is preferred.
