Responsibilities
- Participate in secure software design and code reviews.
- Assist with developing and reviewing test plans for effective security coverage.
- Assess security findings, propose solutions, and provide technical guidance for remediation.
- Advise on cloud application and infrastructure security design patterns.
- Provide training and thought leadership on secure software development practices.
- Review and improve authentication, authorization, data access, and other product security layers.
- Research and propose advanced security patterns such as MPC, multisignature, and confidential computing.
- Assess applications, software, and operational components supporting trading systems and blockchain architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate diploma in cybersecurity or technology.
- At least five years of experience in product security, application security, cloud security, or software development of security features.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and controls review.
- Programming language experience.
- Experience managing SAST, DAST, and SCA and helping software engineers understand vulnerabilities and select mitigations.
- In-depth understanding of several areas including authentication and authorization technology, TLS and PKI, network security, cloud security, and system security.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, strategic-thinking, verbal communication, written communication, collaboration, and solution-oriented skills.
- Security or cloud certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency is a bonus.
