Base Salary
$115k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and requirements transparency across development teams.
- Create, track, flow down, verify, and manage system requirements, coverage, compliance matrices, and traceability.
- Develop test procedures and conduct formal verification, software testing, and Government sell-off events.
- Decompose system requirements and collaborate with distributed multidisciplinary teams on scalable mission solutions.
- Support development, implementation, verification, and operational deployment of software capabilities.
- Participate in customer meetings, program milestones, formal Government testing events, and discrepancy report review boards.
- Support enterprise test events, user integration, and onboarding for the software system.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, IT, or a related engineering field is required.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering is required.
- Ability to develop requirements, verification test procedures, and traceability between requirements, code, and verification.
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
- Desired qualifications include an adjudicated polygraph; current IAT Level II or III certification such as Security+, CISSP, or CASP; DoD cloud architecture and deployment experience; automated testing for formal requirement verification; government Site Acceptance processes; XML or JSON software-defined interfaces; SATCOM or GEOINT experience; operational deployment of multi-product baselines; Cameo modeling tools; software architecture development using digital tools; and DOORS or DOORS Next Gen.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, business-acumen, and virtual-team collaboration skills are desired.
