Base Salary
$174k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end Search and Discovery systems and next-generation AI products.
- Drive key technical developments, remove blockers, and deliver large-scale systems with business impact.
- Design robust machine learning systems and ensure operational excellence.
- Identify high-impact opportunities using metrics and improve search relevance and quality.
- Collaborate with partner teams and senior Search leadership to align technical direction.
- Recruit and develop world-class technical talent.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience at technology companies.
- Broad and deep understanding of information retrieval, deep learning, large language modeling, data processing, and real-time serving.
- Demonstrated success delivering large and complex systems with significant business impact.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with search and recommendation systems, search relevance, and query understanding is preferred.
- Experience as a technical lead or manager of teams is preferred.
