Responsibilities
- Pioneer advanced AI engineering for e-commerce scenarios.
- Design and implement high-quality AI/ML algorithms and systems independently.
- Develop optimization techniques for AI reasoning and token completion models.
- Build or contribute to computer vision-enabled e-commerce product enablement, model-reasoning observability, and e-commerce-optimized model architectures.
- Dive deeply into algorithms and systems, generate improvement ideas, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate across teams and functions to deliver business impact through technology innovation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML and familiarity with current deep learning techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience in technology companies or organizations.
- Preferred: knowledge of e-commerce or eagerness to learn.
- Preferred: industry experience applying large language models or large image models.
- Preferred: demonstrated ability to deliver major business impact through technology innovation.
- Preferred: strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Base pay ranges from $174,000 to $299,000 per year, with a potential annual bonus of 0–20% of base salary.
