Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced AI engineering solutions for e-commerce.
- Pioneer innovative optimization techniques for AI reasoning and token completion models.
- Design and implement high-quality algorithms and systems independently.
- Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to improve systems.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to drive technology innovations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with familiarity in deep learning techniques.
- Experience applying Large Language Models or Large Image Models in an industry.
- Strong ability to design and implement algorithms independently.
