Base Salary

$118k - $177k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver AI agents that automate program and product management workflows.
  • Architect a multi-agent platform that exchanges plans, context, and signals with engineering software development lifecycle agents.
  • Develop full-stack web applications with conversational interfaces, natural-language querying, automated summarization, recommendations, and other generative AI capabilities.
  • Build backend services and APIs in C#, .NET, Python, and TypeScript with Angular or React front ends.
  • Integrate applications with Jira, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Microsoft Graph, and SQL/NoSQL data stores.
  • Enable governed AI insights and alerts, and validate answer accuracy and business relevance with stakeholders.
  • Define agentic engineering standards for MCP servers, tools, plug-ins, prompts, context, memory, guardrails, human-in-the-loop approval, evaluation, and observability.
  • Collaborate with program managers, product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to turn workflow ideas into working applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 2+ years of software engineering or related experience; alternatively, a master's degree plus 1+ year or a PhD in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience developing agentic AI and LLM applications, including tool calling, planning, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt and context engineering, and agent evaluation.
  • Strong Python and TypeScript skills and demonstrated full-stack enterprise web application development using Angular or React.
  • Experience building user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and UI/backend integrations.
  • Experience with agentic runtimes or workflow frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or n8n.
  • Experience building and consuming API services and integrating SQL/NoSQL databases and enterprise data platforms.
  • Proficiency with cloud development and deployment on AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, enterprise authentication, role-based access control, security best practices, API design, and state management.
  • Preferred experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, AI platform engineering, MCP servers, natural-language-to-SQL, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 APIs, Microsoft Graph, workflow orchestration, event-driven architecture, and LLM-driven software development lifecycle tooling.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, work independently, drive end-to-end implementation, communicate effectively, and collaborate in distributed matrixed teams.
