Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions using .NET, C#, and modern web technologies.
- Develop frontend functionality using ReactJS and contribute hands-on throughout design, implementation, deployment, and support.
- Support software architecture decisions and ensure solutions are maintainable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, development processes, and continuous improvement.
- Lead technical initiatives and identify technologies or approaches that improve delivery, quality, and business value.
- Guide, coach, and mentor other developers while strengthening team delivery capability and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a senior software developer, preferably in enterprise, SaaS, platform, or data-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern software engineering practices.
- Solid frontend experience, preferably with React.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring or coaching developers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud-based applications, scalable system design, relational databases, and data management solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and sound technical decision-making in complex environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure cloud services, modern DevOps practices, data platforms, analytics solutions, data engineering concepts, agile product development, Python, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
