Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end product development with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership, including MVP definition, rapid prototyping, and scalable platform evolution.
- Lead full-stack initiatives across front-end, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered user experiences.
- Design AI-centric platform capabilities including middleware, backend services, session management, prompt orchestration, permissions, data workflows, integrations, connectors, agents, and workflow automation.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, DevOps practices, infrastructure strategy, scalability, and platform growth.
- Mentor and lead engineers while fostering ownership, autonomy, technical quality, innovation, and engineering culture.
- Operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and guide continuous experimentation with emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering expertise with React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js/NestJS, and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Backend and integration experience with Java and/or .NET, API development, middleware architecture, and scalable front-end-to-back-end connections.
- Proven technical leadership experience mentoring or leading engineers and shaping teams, engineering culture, and transformational technology initiatives.
- Ability to combine hands-on software development with architectural thinking and long-term technical vision.
- Experience with AI agents, MCP, Agent-to-Agent frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, conversational interfaces, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
- Exposure to solution architecture, networking, UX/product design, or zero-to-one product development is preferred.
