Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and support React/Angular front-end and Java/Spring Boot back-end components of the Signals application.
- Design APIs and services integrating Kafka message brokers and MongoDB databases.
- Implement responsive user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerize services with Docker, and orchestrate them on Kubernetes.
- Apply unit, integration, and end-to-end test automation, code reviews, and pair programming.
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams on authentication, authorization, and data-protection standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, tune performance, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge through brown-bag sessions, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Good understanding of programming concepts and paradigms.
- Proficiency in Java/Spring and React/Angular.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand business problems.
- Ability to make independent decisions based on analysis and facts while working as a team player.
- Ability to explain complex technical problems concisely and clearly.
- Good understanding of TDD and testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Knowledge of CI/CD is a bonus.
